Got PhantasmRO Installed, but it says outdated version?

Full Installer Download and Guide:
- Make sure that you have the necessary Ragnarok Files. (KRO/RagRay/PhRO Installer and a complete DLL Pack)
- Upon checking your Ragnarok Files and found out that you have all of it, create a new folder with any name you want it to be. I.E. PhantasmRO
- Run the latest PhantasmRO Installer unto the new folder.
- Copy the necessary GRF files from your KRO Folder. I.E. data.grf, sdata.grf, rdata.grf and paste it on your new folder.
- Extract the DLL Pack unto the new folder.
- For Windows7/Windows8 users, right click on your PhantasmRO Patcher, hover to "Properties" and then "Compatibility". Look for the "Privilage Level" and tick "Run this program as administrator". Click apply then okay.
- Patch your PhantasmRO Patcher. And make sure you do this everytime you play to check for updates.
